TWB Customer Service SMS

TWB Media Group, LLC offers optional texts about customer inquiries, hosting services, support requests, and account updates. Messages will originate from 717-758-9132. This program does not enroll you in promotional marketing or messages from Lilly’s Berner Babies or other brands.

Enrollment and availability

To opt in, enter your US mobile number at our contact form, select the separate SMS consent checkbox, and submit. The checkbox is unchecked by default and the phone field is optional. We record your consent before sending program messages. Submitting a phone number or an inquiry without selecting the checkbox does not authorize SMS. Consent is not required to purchase services. SMS sending is pending approval and is not activated by submitting this form.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive. Contact your wireless provider about your plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Once messaging is active, reply STOP to 717-758-9132 to cancel program texts. You may receive a single confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also request cancellation by email or phone. To rejoin, complete the website opt-in process again.
